Alderney, British Channel Islands - 5  March 2004: The tenth Interactive Casino Licence, issued on 27 February 2004 by the Alderney Gambling Control Commission, has been awarded to Alderney-based WagerWorks 4.
 
WagerWorks (Alderney) 4 - a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wagerworks -  has also obtained approval from the Commission to launch the online casino www.thepriceisrightgames.com a brand name belonging to Fremantle Media, owners of the popular TV  programme "The Price is Right".  (Freemantle Media is the largest television production company in Europe, broadcasting 260 programmes in over 39 countries.)

www.thepriceisrightgames.com  is expected to go live this month and will be managed and operated by WagerWorks 4 whose software has already been approved by the Commission.
 
In the short time since its formation in 2000, the Alderney Gambling Control Commission has gained worldwide recognition for a highly regulated gambling industry and continues to attract blue chip companies who will only operated in a well-regulated jurisdiction. 
 
This latest addition to Alderney's impressive list of world class on-line casino operators brings the total number of licences issued by the Alderney Gambling Control to eleven, i.e.: ten inter-active casino licences and one electronic betting licence. In addition, the Commission
has issued three Certificates of Prior Approval as well as  Key Personnel Licenses to 54 key employees.
